01 Uniform Cooling and High Efficiency

The cooler features an octagonal cooling bin structure that ensures uniform cooling without any dead spots. A rotary distributor with an adjustable spreading angle guarantees consistent product bed thickness and uniform airflow across the material. Accurate thickness monitoring keeps the cooling time controllable. Furthermore, the large open area of the swivel plate reduces air resistance and improves overall airflow.

02 Consistent Discharge and Broad Versatility

The machine is adaptable to various production needs through its customizable discharge system. Multiple discharge types are available (including pocket type, swivel type, and slide) to meet the requirements of different materials and ensure smooth, uniform unloading.

03 Superior Finished Product Quality

The cooling process significantly enhances the quality and shelf life of the final product. After processing, the pellet temperature is reduced to 3℃  to 5℃ above room temperature, and the moisture removal rate is between 2.0% and 3.0%, effectively prolonging the product's shelf life.
